That maybe. So far Q1 low didn't break after 2 attempts, with strong rejection, wouldn't you say? When we had a rounded bottom I knew that that's not the way to defend the low, but 1.3266 was a different story. So if Q1 low was rejected & price discovery travels from support to resistance, etc it is reasonable to expect a higher level to be tested before another run to the lows .

damn! are we gonna make 2012? another earthquake in china and volcano in iceland. thats about 5 earthquakes and 3 volcanos.. this year that i know of..

3560 is S2 with DP at 3642 in my chart. I got 3605 as S1. This sounds right to you?

If someone says so, I'll blindly believe it.

Forget about Germany & eu countries , they all dried up perhaps due to only germany ruling them all so far undercover eur solidarities , became eur cash cow , acting as a communist country, pay less for people doing works there ver hard & their manufacturing cost near china ( read somewhere perhaps ) ,own market flat but make all in great deals to capture all neighbours & choke them all .
Kill them all & come back alone.

One of the things history teaches us is that generations tend not to learn from mistakes made in the past. If you are unfamiliar with 1929 stock market crash, have a look at the main reasons behind the crash, awfully similar to now, wouldn't you say?

While there have been many explanations for the crash, no one can fully account for it.
Here are some of the explanations proposed:
1. Stocks were Overpriced
Many people believed that stocks were overpriced and the crash brought share prices back to a normal level.
However, some studies using standard measures of stock value, such as *Price/Earnings ratios, argued that share prices were not too high.
2. Massive Fraud and Illegal Activities
A number of people believed that fraud and illegal activities was one of the causes of the crash.
However, evidence revealed that there was probably very little actual insider trading or illegal manipulation.
3. Margin Buying
Margin buying was another scapegoat for the cause of the crash.
However, it wasn’t the main reason because there was little margin outstanding relative to the value of the market. Margins averaged less than 5 % of the market value.
4. Federal Reserve Policy
The new president of the *Federal Reserve Board, Adolph Mille, tightened the monetary policy and set out to lower stock prices since he perceived that speculation led stocks to be overpriced, causing damage to the economy.
Also, at the beginning of 1929, the interest rate charged on broker loans rose tremendously. This policy reduced the amount of broker loans that originated from banks and lowered the liquidity of non-financial and other corporations that financed brokers and dealers.
5. Public Officials’ Repeated Statements
Many public officials commented that stock prices were too high. For example, the newly elected President of the United States, Herbert Hoover, publicly stated that stocks were overvalued and that speculation hurt the economy. Hoover’s statement suggested to the public the lengths he was willing to go to control the stock market.
These kind of statements discouraged investors to believe that the market would continue to be strong and encouraged them to sell their stocks, which could be one of the causes of the crash.

they fund others because Germany likes control, better to have control of a big market, which they can use. A very hard subject to debate, but if anyone should leave it's Greece, but that would send the wrong signal, it would be just what Soros and others predict, Divided they fall, united they stand. Do you leave your own party, no, you let others. Look up the history of the euro, with Germany and France. Still , hard subject to debate here, just my view.

The financial backstop package for Greece and the ECB’s climb-down on its collateral rules have clearly reduced the short-term liquidity risks for Greece. However, as our European economists have emphasised, long-term solvency risks remain firmly in place. More broadly, and more worryingly, recent developments significantly raise the (long-term) risk of a euro break-up, in our view.
The bail-out and the ECB’s softer collateral stance set a bad precedent for other euro area member states and make it more likely that the euro area degenerates into a zone of fiscal profligacy, currency weakness and higher inflationary pressures over time. If so, countries with a high preference for price stability, such as Germany, might conclude that they would be better off with a harder but smaller currency union.

1.3595-1.3615 will be nice level to short.... hope price can reach there before US session , coz imo us unemployment data will improve.

13544 touched. If it is going to bounce, it will bounce from here.
