The £ index is bearish yet, after Tweezers Top Kabuse, we can see sell off around 2.7x, what do you think Tony?

Well it could well be a hanging man thats how I see it Jhon ,possibly todays candle will be the exact opposite ,the weekly last week was bearish but monthly .., I am betting the eur will close the gap

Yep Tony, pretty confused on that candle, I mean, I saw yesterday like WTH is that, Hanging Man needs a strong up trend to play out, so, I guess that is a "hikkake" Hanging Man, taking a look to weekly chart on ¥ index, I see bullish continuation [weak ¥], maybe we could break the rectangle this week.

According to PA in lower TF's [4h], we need a solid close to 2.7 for bullish continuation, I'll be watching that.

The daily candle closed above prior high for the week, besides, is a bullish candle, maybe the ¥ doesn't want to going down more this week, I don't know, but is what I see.

Believe or not, but daily candle closed @2.7

I'm more bullish biased in the £ now, besides, $ index is showing bear signs.

Hi Jhon ,I had an early night last night but heres how I see it from yesterday at 2 pm ,but I think 124 is possible 123.53 is to low ,going to monitor

Hi Tony! I see weakness in the €, but I can't see this pair below 124.8 - 125, I don't know, is what I see, but I'm on the bear train today , let's see.

yes Jhon I agee ,I am bearish $ yen but not yet ,there is a nice H4 candle set up on JPY pairs which supports at this time ,I have reduced my position some and will wait for close

Overall I do feel bearish $ and yen and the volatility we see is these currencies at an extreme ,$ underside of major trend and yen top of range(bearish)

Heres the thing to think about as long as the eur holds down at this level ej target is possible ....

My theory re why price did not close gap and touch tl straight away was that it has broken channel to close and touch it would need to re enter so Thursday was the best day to close,its great cause this also produces confusion

the fact that it didn't made me think there might be a bullish scenario here also
,so my best case scenario is remain bearish today ,bullish tomorrow ,but for the lfx-jpy to fall further it would allow a tl touch on UJ

Yea it will be intresting , but i do quike like the monthly also $ monthy
if they do break the $ is on retrace of bullish move and the jpy on break out so I see more potential for JPY to lose ground
