actually, your wedge is quite in line with cokes coffee-cup-target of approx. 120 pips. will keep that in mind.

The first principle of forex trading is to understand that trading is an investment, not an income....

I always use a tested system and a money management strategy mixed with some of my own .....The first thing I have learnt on my 1st forex seminar was to let emotions away as there is a fine line where i will wait a little for the market to turn in my favor or lose my trade. Its called psychology of the trader...Then it comes the psychology of the market...

We are capable of independent thought, there is no computer that can think for itself.

IMO most traders whose main "income" is from forex would disagree. What would you call the money you draw from your forex account? Profit? Yield? It could be either but if you live on it then surely it is your income also?
Do not focus on making money; focus on protecting what you have.

i guess so, though something prevents me from clicking the "buy"-button. i simply cannot. so, if we will go into a serious uptrend, i need to quit.

Forex trading, allows us to make a good return on our initial capital annually but we cannot always profit from trades. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. As with all investments we aim for profit. In order to make a profit we need to invest. Right? With one false move, we can also lose huge money...

You shouldn't be able to.

Trade small and that won't be an issue.

Once traders treat losses as business expenses they begin to understand that being wrong doesn't mean you are a bad traders... just means the market was wrong.

currencies as an investment


1) Buy EU 1.5000
2) Buy more at 1.4500 ( it has to go back up )
3) Buy more at 1.4000 (I know recovery is coming)
4) Buy more at 1.3500 ( ok holding now found support)
5) work each month and plough money into fx acocunt just to avoid margin call ..

lol ... of course this is a joke but could be how currencies could be an investment.
