What I think it's going to happen:

We are going down to close the gap we left open and to touch the 0.618 fibo of the leg up which by the way is right where the weekly pivot is.

The problem refers to Usd / Chf , that is playing between 50 % & 61.8 %

What that means is if the market makes it above 1.37 then your in the correct position...long...its going long for a while...might see 1.50+ and if we see below 1.3570 area then the market will be going short for a while...most likely see 1.30 or below...

Intraday :


EUR/USD :



Tuesday's pullback validating the broken 4-5 month bear trendline found support at 1.3545 before recovering strongly, and the focus is on Monday's high at 1.3692. The 1.3500/20 upside gap remains intact, and a break through 1.3692 would attract further strength towards the 1.618 extension target close to the Mar. 17 lower reaction high at 1.3819. Risk of extended consolidation below 1.3545 is minimal.


Weekly chart EUR/USD trend : Bearish.

Risk Appetite too high, Markets still running on drugs.

Bernanke speaks today. EU still rather Short than Long.

Greenback trying to recover some loses.. We'll see.

Reversed it a bit between 3609 and 36025 - aber auch schon wieder abgeladen.
