What is better ,trading only 1 or 2 pairs or 1 system for many pair?

Trading 1 or 2 pairs will make you familiar with their behaviour and their S/R levels..etc. But trading many pairs will give you more opportunities. So which is better??

I trade off price action around support resistance levels and break outs from consolidation which is essentially the same thing, but I'm looking for these set ups in about 6 pairs on different time frames. If I get a "heads up" off the J16 thread I will also look at other pairs.

It takes me about 15 minutes to knock out horizontal S/R levels on M1, W1, D1 and H1 charts for any given pair. That's not much work. Then you have the dynamic S/R which is even quicker and, in my opinion, less valuable.

I suppose everyone has their own style of trading and it's interesting to see the knowledge some of the better traders have for their particular pair. I see it as a whole and sometimes I am not surprised when I see the market behaviour as a whole when fundamentals change radically.
