Forex UK MT4 only offers 22 pairs currency trading any better one?

Are there any other brokers that are good that offer MT4 with the low spread price and that are legit (not stop hunting ect, closing out orders early ect...)?
I also would like a broker that trades all 44 Currency pairs.

The reason I don't want a US based account is so I can have the ability to Hedge.

Any suggestions please?
