Depends on what timeframe you're watching. The bulls were trying to use news exuberence to run stops and gain upward momentum....which failed, at least for awhile longer.

Used that quick rally as ECB speaking to increase EU short position. Still riding a smooth trendline down longterm.

A case could be made( on higher charts) about it being on an uptrend with very violent retraces

It does start at lower left side and seems determined to head towards the upper right

I agree the trend its Down. But the bear is exhausted, for now..
3265 is holding up perfectly, not even close the bears got there..
Based on swings we're still in a downtrend....no point trying to guess the bottom and going long now.....selling rallies is the way to go

Ok , one can't go striaght , bull need some food before the slain again but only in time , not yet perhaps .1.3176 to 1.3080 movements perhaps this week.all 1-2 waves & stop 3 and again 1-2 , that is going more down I think.
