Look at the candles in the rectangle, and the quantity of trades shown below, too. This is very high trading AFTER the price drop. This is clear indication the price was driven down to better the price to buy at. Now, the US traders may do the same. We don't know at this time if this is the bottom. But once this starts to run upwards, it should be a very nice run.

Edit: The price is being driven back up now, probably to "lock in" early profits on their new positions (second chart). Does this mean the US traders will not also drive it back down? There is no way to be sure.

Gu is just ranging. could go on for days or it could pop.

Best just looking for an entry at the the top & bottom, till it pops.

If we are in the trade and it pops in our direction, it could be a runner.

Today some news on GBP and USD. In 2-3 hrs we could see some move.

This is speculation, but it fits the picture. In summary, it looks like, between the two of them, the FO and LO Big Dogs did a two staged drive down on the price......over 50 pips down. Then they did A WHOLE LOT OF TRADING!!!

Later, they drove it back up, most likely to try and create upside momentum to quickly build in some profits. In any case, we still have to see what the US traders do. We now have a "Double Bottom" on the M15. But the US traders may also execute a drive down for better prices to buy at. With all this attention to create lows for high trading, the ensuing run should be a very good one.

I closed partial (half) for each trade:
EU +20 pips

Good Job DP.

I am still hanging on to UJ as we have a double bar high (within 1 pip) with lower close. That said the 92.84 area looks like a tough area to break, even though the trend on H1 is seriously down.

The US traders also drove price down so they could load up long at better prices, and then they pumped it back up to seal in early profits.

Now this is set to go higher. (Caution: speculation.)

DanPa, Rastaman.....nice trading guys! Congratulations to you both!

I have a thought I'd like considered by the thread. This is just the way my mind works......from top down, so to speak......so, if we are to show both an M15 and a higher TF chart (supporting why we are entering a trade on the M15 chart), then let us place the higher TF chart first. That way we first see the "big picture" for entering the trade, which is hopefully explained in the text, and then we see the SonicR chart specifics of EP, SL and TP.

What say ye all?
