st math says bulls need 3517 or 3526 + slippage for a run. if long biased id wait for either of these then the lower bounce before entry. bears consider the lower bounce for best exit if the above happens. st only

atm nothing has changed on bear target or sentiment.. st sl of short above bull numbers could save bears some pips. (exit after lower bounce)
nov. trend still intack... but be prepared.. nothing is a sure thing.

Interest rate increase expected in the Oz taking it to 4.25%, that is in line with longer term technicals in AUD which point to at least 9850 test.
Prices oscillate, trends persist. Trend is your friend.

oils up.. i was wrong on that one atm (way up $.72).. i thought it would go down sunday u.s. time.. eu is not reflecting oil being up $.72 yet.. eu should be much higher. considering oil is up almost 1%.. usdx should be lower also. doesnt pass smell test.. plus aud rate raise talk..

Big earthquake in Southern California the biggest so far. Hit everywhere from san diego, to los angeles county. It was 6.9 magnitude in Baja, California

gator whats the situation with the rates...remember on friday there was some talk bout short aud usd, due to double tops etc..i still have that short order 9250, but rates etc i dun follow at all as fundementals not interest me so much..but then again rate changes cant be ignored so i m wondering whether to keep that order or not

anyone know how to import usdx at least into mt4 if my broker doesnt have it by default? i m currently limited to web java usdx charts, which means no tl etc...i see many having them posted here

Will this pan out as expected on their rate hike??? Not sure, but either way I'm in on a short. Any surprise rate hike by the USA tomorrow would help me to set my stop to BE which would be alright. I've got stops above some trend lines for now (there are weekly and daily fairly close).

There could be some fireworks this week in several different markets.

On your Oil comment... I wouldn't call it wrong just yet, let's wait and see what the Fed does. They could smash it with a surprise (along with several other things).

my ca is above 3417 so i will play it by ear. but i aint giving a green number away.. at least not all of it.. if we dont climb, (new high) i suspect 3466 will be a cement ceiling as time goes on. if its a overnight (st) rate hike it will help. Although this may sound a little bullish its not meant that way. if eurx and usdx cross the tl in those above charts. i may change my outlook. but untill then NOT.

as for as oil goes "wrong" atm is wrong. no sugar coating it.. we talked about rate along with it. but the speculation on my part was dead wrong. even if right later.. thus far wrong.

Download the ForexLtd. There are USDX, EURX, etc.
