So called players you mentioned aren't out of the market as of yet. They are doing everything to prevent any kind of slide down, especially visibile on the futures contracts.

The only question is when they'll start taking profits, while I anticipated from such a huge move at least them to take some of the table they just keept buying the dips.

ES moved 7 points lower and EUR just was halting still like it never cared about the S&P, when it hit the bottom and moved 3 points higher this freakin thing moved 17 pips higher.

All systematic, just they did not enable the sell option and a sell program will happen sooner or later.

For the upside, well as it looks they are not intrested in making new highs for today. If they were it would have shooted higher long time ago.

The EU has the Daily TL and the 61.8% Fib retrace around 3609.

As you can see this fits with the 61.8% and channel line for the DX.

I gotta head to work. I just closed my GU and EU trades both(long). +6 on GU +1 on EU but I don't wanna leave em' open right now. I'll be back before the GMT open time to see what's goin on.

Tomorrow should be supremely silly and hard to trade.. Combine a US equity holiday with a major data release and you have the recipe for thin liquidity shenanigans resulting in swings in both directions of 100+ pips..

My plan is to stay flat until the very short-term players take profit on the initial knee-jerk move and then jump in for the bigger move (a la Elliot Wave principle), whichever way that might be.

I'll hold a short but will t/p on a long rather quickly and keep buying dips

i'm also seeing that same level as resistance(1hr), but it doesnt seem strong to me.

I think the 1.3800-1.3820 level also is a strong resistance.

i'm looking for price action on current resistance, but guess will have to wait till next week.
am i the only person who thinks tmmrw nfp will make the euro drop and bring the dollar bulls out ? i knows its been a bearish dollar week but its my personal opionion

I wasn't saying that in a bad way. Furthermore next time he speaks put your television on CNBC and watch. They always put his head on one side of the screen and a big aquare with the different markets on the other. and it never fails, you will see the big down arrows.

I guess the markets(traders) are looking for a reason to sell off at current resistance or even break the level.

but I don't trade news so will wait till after the fact.
i think the forecast is just to good and when the numbers come out worse but even better than last month it will make the euro go up
