DislikedSorry Gary, but I am totally lost here.
London is currently on GMT+1, so my high + low would have been 1.4971 and1.4931. With the first bar after that you would have made your 20 pips.
This morning the 7 to 8 bar did not break and I then took the high + low of the 8 to 9 bar and got my 20 pips.
The second part I don't fully understand is if you took the High + low yesterday as 1.5013 and 1.4953 and made a loss on the first breakout, how did you recover the 20 pips as you said, as 1.5013 and 1.4953 was never broken again for the whole day ?...Ignored
DislikedHi matlobien
When I looked in to it later yesterday the bar you said is correct as I didn't see the time bar been GMT+1. So yesterday would have worked out.
Thanks

But I still do not understand how you take a second and third trade when the first one fails.

DislikedHi to everyone, I'm new in the forex world...
can someone tell me how to start an EMA on MT4?...
i think i have to start moving average right?...and than i must set the period at 85?...
the last version of Mr Grant system is that one on the first post?...if not can someone tell me the post?....
I live in italy...i shold change something for the time in the indicator o Mr Grant?
thanks to everyoneIgnored
Dislikedhi there,
the instructions in post 1 are excatly how i trade this system.
Being in Italy does not matter, its the time your broker shows that matters.
the end time of the indicator should be 6 am UK time so adjust to suit your brokers time. for example i use alpari UK (gmt +2), so my end hour is currently 7.... hope that is understandable, if not post your broker and its gmt offset and i'll work it out for you...
to get a moving average on your chart, go to the navigator section and drag and drop a moving average from the inicators section...Ignored
Dislikedok thank you now i understand better... only one thing...i set the end so at 6 uk and 0 minutes? and i set 8 bars to count right? like in your guide...Ignored
Dislikedgood question,
and the answer is yes and no.
no because its 6am UK time year round
yes because the UK is now gmt +1
so you need to know what 6am UK time is in relation to your broker..
hope this helps
