I still have a short open from 1.3485 but this might juz retrace backup to 1.3500 region overnight because of NFP tom. Not alot of ppl willing to sell right now they rather wait for NFP

Fascinating. Anybody plan on trading the NFP? Is there a consistent, intelligent, risk-averse way to trade that kind of violent news?

Short position on the EUR/USD seems to be the thing in play.

Comments will be appreciated.

The Who song "Won't Get Fooled Again" seems really pertinent in regards to FX over the last 10 days.. False breakouts galore.

EJ cracked an inverted H&S this morning and did nothing..

UC broke support and has since reversed..

EU "seems" bearish, but then again it seemed bearish before it bounced 150 pips North after a major breakout South last week.

Irritating, sloppy trading .. I'm down 10 pips on the week and feeling squeamish about a short tonight.

preaching to the choir.. *L*

the best thing greece could do is exit. open a transatlantic/pacific hub with u.s.
and have all the tourist go through greece first. with a cheaper currency they could make this affordable. they could always collect usd or euro or whatever.. as payment.. they could skim off flights to europe from all over the world. a gold mine..
those who can, do. those who cant, talk about those who can

Some of you have probably observed this.

I drew this line (upper yellow), last week and today it was hit to the pip. Coinsidence? I'll definitely watch it and also the paralell lower line.

The blue line I drew today.

Any comments if this mean anything?

I'm short from 1.2176 sl: 1.2265. I took the position Friday
morning around 8AM EST. I wanted to trail the stop, but
fell asleep because of whacky sleeping patterns last week.
Luckily price didnt suddenly reverse on me through my stop
again. I'm thinking about moving the s/l asap to 1.2170, about
breakeven. I'll cover on another bounce around 1.1205 area,
but I'd like to leave the trade open and hopefully make some
decent gains on a break below 1.2060 area. I wish I wouldve
gotten in earlier, but have been focusing on the GBPUSD and
USDCHF lately.

If you are still short you might still see this back again. Trend....

Sorry had to bring up the original posting, I can see this price level again in the near future.

The Greek market was down 2% and had a failed bond auction today.. Yes, this started with Greece and today's events proved that Greece isn't out of the woods simply because of a flakey agreement.

The FX market is extremely thin tonight Watch for the will of the few outweighing the will of the many
