Hi,

I took this trade today (just closed). I was not sure if on the H4 EU was going bullish or bearish still? Hmm was this trade along the trend or counter trand?

Anyway it gave me 29pips

Sorry for your TP2 Domas...;i swore that i will never ever enter UY..is too slow and make some strange moves in unexpected time!

i took out UY from my list... even if i keep it on my charts because of crosspairs...

EU short trade possibility:

GU looks to be creating a Bear Channel, forecasting a drop. EU is much closer to a short setup. If GU drops, so might EU.

EU Short Trade:

Even with more news within half hour, I have entered short trade with TP at next lower whole number.

Which money management seems better with this strategy:

closing 1 lot at a specific point and let the other run or

run with the trend until stop?

It is never a question of which money management seems better with a strategy. It is always a matter of what is best to do soley considering the current PA environment. And only you can decide that for yourself.

Take the time to read thru many posts. You will see different ways different traders handle this matter under different situations. Overall, many leave some running after TP1, but bring SL to BE+ on that portion remaining in the trade.

Hehe thank Ravin I'm on demo now traying this strategy. Anyway I have started 17h march and have only one loss Stupid UJ yesterday grrrr

I'll try live in 1-2 week with some small $$$. BTW how many of you guys trade live?

Hello,

What the best for managing a trade ?

If the trade is open :

1) let it go to TP1 or SL ignoring what PA is doing (let the market decide)

2) try to "micro-manage" the trade, and if PA goes against me, try to close before SL or at BE.

Remark : I took GU long just before the news, but PA during and following the news make me afraid and I brought SL to EP. I was stopped at BE. But PA reached previous TP1 and TP2 after 1 hour without touching first SL

TP1 1.5090 (most of my trade come with a RR around 1 for TP1)
TP2 1.5110

i was in the same trade ... but unable to testify because i have some family reunion and celebrations....

also in the morning i took GU long for about 80 pips (from 4997)..

About money management, when i took a trade and i enter with 2 lots, i usually took out 1 lot for 20 pips ( i am paying myself for that trade ), half from another lot @ TP1 with SL BE..and let it run. I never use trailling stop...but that is just me!

Hope that helps guys...and this is just my startegy ..maybe it is not an good one , but hey...

And just as traderathome I took E/U short. These were live call
trades in the Lithuanian SonicR forum. Overall +117 pips.

EJ Short Trade Possibility:

First of all, please understand that this forecast is VERY preliminary. Chart shows already the sequence of lower H/Ls. The immediate sequence of candles could go higher, but the last high was 9 pips higher than whole number, so there is room without negating the sequence. EP for short is marked RED, but ongoing PA could create a higher EP. Exit TP is marked BLUE, and based on avg. range down from current high area. All this is quite preliminary....EP, TP, etc. But we do have a good sequence of lower H/Ls. Let's see if the sequence holds as the session proceeds.
