It is what I see but we need to get back under the critical support/resistance at circa 1.3440 and stay below. None of the Euro problems have gone away.

that doesnt matter the chart only matters. Dont give a f*#ck about news and politicians that screwed me last week for a few trades I didnt take cos of that. Dont do the same mistake.

see chart my former bullish bias is a little shaken as seeing M formation.
Undecided so will take a break and eat and decide after that.

European Forex Technicals: USD/JPY Set To Retest Recent High

EUR/USD:


Range within last 14 hours:


Highest was 1.35295

Lowest was 1.34123



The corrective recovery off 1.3267 reached 1.3530 during the current session Monday before suffering a setback, and the 50% retracement level at 1.3398 is being challenged. Underlying dominance still belongs to the bears, and a break below the 1.3346 higher low is required to bring the focus back onto last week's 1.3267 reaction low. Only above 1.3530 would create scope for further gains towards the 1.3570 lower high.

Moreover - there will be some discussions behind closed doors if GERMANY possibly will exit from EURO currency and rejoin its former currency D-Mark (DEM) I have heard from some Members in BERLIN.

Jawohl! Fine - that is quite in line with the comment of TA from Francis Bray. And mostly Francis Bray is on the sunny side of the road track there.


Gut gut - let's see - for me target is 0.9032 at first - as there is first pivotal resistance (Daily RES1) - possibly a reversal down zone at first.

Moreover - this should only happen / occur - if EUR/USD may manage to re-test its session high - which it has seen on Sunday at Wellington opening (above 1.3525 area) again.


Otherwise I do expect Euro/Sterling towards 0.8963 - 0.8926 levels again. So careful - it might have seen its move to the upside already - and move might have been done here for now at 9015-20 atm.
