Tbh from my vague understanding of elliot wave theory (very vague), my actual dislike of the Euro (hey I live in Britain I have to dislike it) and the good old fashioned gut instinct indicator.

But given the fact I broke my account back in January I'm being a little too cautious now

I hate to say this but your chart and the lines you drawn is rather biased to the bearish side, you need to also show bullish elements in it to determine how the trend is going.
Perhaps now you will see the benefits of the analysis. The trend was/is clearly down. Longs were countertrend trades. Hope you saw the shaded area in the graph. Countertrend again now off the touch of the lower line. Countertrend trades have limited potential, but there are many and they add up.

Probably 3350-3360s is the price u might consider. Here is kinda risky...

I am not a big fan of any of the lagging indicators. You seems to have a good leading indicator 'your instinct' :-)

If that talk yesterday of DNT barrier at 1.3400 is correct someone is about to get taken to the cleaners.!!

Thanks billy! I did not see any reason for Euro to drop this much. but I need to trust the PA. Will wait for the monthly S1 at 1.3374 and we will know of any news by then.

Good. One thing I've figured out so far (and I'm still pretty new at this) - is to set stops, not limits. The other thing I've figured out so far is that the trend is your friend - until it bends

Ok, finally some movement.

Lets see how tonight/tomorrow can play out.

Positioning levels seem relatively modest apart from CHF pairs, it appears most are waiting for the SNB to step up to the plate.

Eur/U position levels, again, appear to be modest although most of the volume appears bound to the long side. (This can perhaps be explained by averaging in as players build longs hoping to catch the bottom) As such, most **would have** placed their stops within the 1.3230-1.3369 region. The market seems fixated on attacking these clusters of stops.

The same can be said of E/jpy...participants appear to expect a move up to 1.25+ again. As such, I assume most jumped in around 1.23xx. They should bail sub 1.20 ... triggering stops, further adding to Eur/U's downside
momentum.

Anyways, Im sitting on my hands until both events occur. (If they do)

Levels Im watching are 1.3230-1.3369.

Of course I could be wrong .... I just trade where I think the most stops are located.

G.luck nonetheless and use stop-loss orders!!!....

I have 3406 as the weekly S1, which stopped this drop dead in it's tracks. I'll look to re-enter somewhere under 3390 and see how we go from there. Not a bad effort from the Asian market though....
