EURO-DOLLAR: Air continues to let out of the euro for trade back to
$1.3510/15 area just ahead of the London close, earlier supply from
mid-east names seen weighing on the pair after good supply was noted
above $1.3560. Morning low area around $1.3475 remains a nearby
objective, residual demand seen down there ahead of stops.

I am in this but a bit uncomfortable as the Australian Dollar is better than most currencies currently. 4% interest rates, decent economy etc. I hope it follows the charts rather than fundamentals.

Obama is begging to show his socialist side , good thing for the average joe , bad thing for the banks and corporate business , overall that is good thing for the mighty us dollar , and we should not forget Bretton Woods conference in 1944 , it will need a new war to change that up

okay - highest was 1.3531 - after its low that we have seen at 1.3476 limit until now.

lowest was 1.3496 after its first impulse to the upside.

but next step will be an attempt to cross above daily pivotal zone at 1.3533 and its upper shadow - which is sitting at 1.3539 / 44 area at the moment.

once these upper shadow areas has been taken out - then we have some jolly good chances to see some more recovery.


greece is not a theme for me any more.

humpy road there. for me it is still trapped in a fully neutralized range there - between 1.3502 - 1.3497 on the downside and 1.3533 - 1.3560 or 1.3569 on the upside - which has to be taken out either side.

band of highest probability is now between 1.3510 and 1.3530 - with mild chances for prevailing towards the upside again.

preffered is a hunting for a breakout at the upside later then.

We have not been able to break previous lows for past few days and highs. Tells me we are in range mode. In order for bull to blast off we need to get ove mid 1.36 and bears need to get below previous lows. Stay out in my opinion.

Well on the surface they seem stronger but that will change. A few of the correlations that can drag them down would be EU, Gold, Oil ect.

Technically they've hit a major point and did their 61.8% retrace. I think it looks good:

My expirigut tells me that this is some sort of delaying tactic by some entity to hold Euro because technically it is a sell on daily chart.
Prices oscillate, trends persist. Trend is your friend.

that's true, but what happen last fall, when nzd/usd turned bearish, 3 months later, usd/cad move 3,000 pips in a month. aud/usd 3,000 pips in 3 months. eur/usd and gbp/usd are friendly warnings, , long-term usd/chf had a double bottom, the direction should now be up to around 1.65, maybe it wont reach previous high of 1.80 , but we're talking a long-time 2-3 years, but better if it took 2-3 months, to load up on interest bearing currencies, but there would still be a lot of fear to buying eur at .90, especially if it sat down there for 6 months, people would get tired, and try start shorting

Thanks. I took I short last week at 0.9234 and added another just now at 0.9190 with stops at 0.9240 so very good r/r if it gets down to the low of the channel which would be nice!

Good job, yeah a few people around here (gat) were calling tops on several pairs just before they fell last week. I got in around that price also.

In My Opinion we just take a Short Position Below 1,3500, until that happen, the zone is to NO TRADE. i think that 1,3440 is gonna take until the end of the day
