Thanks but it hasn't got to 1.34 yet? Interesting that the daily pivot and 50% fib are both at 1.3532 which is proving a tough nut to crack.

Chart of food stamps users in the US. To be eligible, apparently you have to be between 16 and 60 and have to be looking for work. People without children only get the stamps 3 months. You have to have less than 903 Dollars per month income to get stamps.

Not necessarily 1.34, near 1.344 is close enough

Check the flag im my avatar. That's a nation that went down the tubes (relative to it's heyday). The USA's position as top of the economic pile is not guaranteed indefinitely. History should make that obvious.

Although the doom mongers are probably overstating their case.
Well, the usd isn't guaranteed to lose value indefinitely either, and it's what EU or German politicians are saying, and if they don't get there way, they blame speculators, kind of silly?

Fair value of euro is as how much is someone ready to pay it.

I am not complaining about rate. I am trying to open your eyes with macro facts that really does matter, and trying to help you not to get caught when speculators loose their turn, and real institutions come in.

This whole USD rally lies on very low volume comparing with a week ago were was very high volume on move up.

You should take the volume as a fact too. When a low volume moving is happening you know it nothing, but when high volume comes in it is much significant and tells you how ''big guys'' think.

That is true, only if they break through yesterday's high & above 1.36 with conviction, like a wide range 4 hour bar I would abandon my short trade.

Yes, this is the alternative, but we wont get confirmation until we get to MC1-7 low(blue). This is due around 9th April.

I have added the two routes.

There is a 3rd, which i havent shown on the chart, but MC1-6 may not break MC14 high and then we drop to new low with mc1-7.

Our focus in EURUSD is on 1.3436 ahead of support at 1.3405 Fibonacci level. USDJPY has 91.09 and 89.63 as near-term directional triggers. Cable looks to support at 1.4932 ahead of the 1.4784 key low from March 1. USDCHF is heavy below 1.0810; near-term support is at 1.0508.
Among commodity currencies, the AUDUSD outlook is constructive above 0.8979 and USDCAD is heavy below the 1.0322 high.
On the crosses, the focus in EURCHF is on key support at 1.4300. Look for EURGBP to bounce towards 0.9154 while the 0.8916 low holds. EURJPY support is at 121.06 ahead of the 119.66 key low.
In precious metals, $1133.13 and $1088.50 are the near-term directional triggers in gold. Silver price action is heavy, with initial support at 16.5950.

EU am going to watch 1.3550 before 1.3620...Let c what happen...close last short from yestarday at 1100 for 21USD (2100pips) in my fxpro..
