I certainaly don't know. But my gut feeling on this is that the current drive down by those with the money to make the drive, is to take on long postions. The drive might go below half number, as there is an FE 24% level at 122.41. This also is the 50% pullback level on an FR study applied from the bottom at 119.84 to the top at 125.19. Looking back on the chart, the area around the half number (122.50) is also a previous consolidation area, and therefore a possible turnaround area too. Price is in that area currently....

UJ Long Trade:

Price is moving higher now, after a candle serveral back with an unusually long lower shadow (bullish). But there is no breakout yet. Maybe not until after US open traders get geared up will it really start a drive. Warning: speculation!

I moved TP higher.

No, the fact that I call myself Rastaman, has nothing to do with it.
It could have been a black guy as the teacher or any other race, or a woman it wouldn't matter to me! it just seemed like the best one.

Basber it is just a reverse Head & shoulders pattern that may act as resistance at the old shoulders. Is it not?

Price has moved towards the middle band of the "consolidation" area. Nice lower shadows on the candles (bullish). Nice NVO activity as price starts to rise.

What will happen? I don't know. But I take all this consolidation as grounds for a good upcoming run. It could start before this last session of the week ends. Or, maybe a gap on the open next week? Anything can happen (too bad there are only 7 days in a week!).

It is just as well I was on my demo account when I took that trade as I was practicing early entries.

The bad part is, it does not encourage me to make early entries.

Hope it comes around for you T or that you already cut it loose.

The H1 chart shows numerous times PA bounced up off significant S&R area (red line at the half number) during heavy consolidation (see NVO activity). Finally PA dropped significantly thru on very high NVO activity. That green NVO bar on the drop is for activity at least 50% higher than the average of the two highest preceding magenta bars (in the rectangle) during consolidation! PA has since moved back up. This time as a re-test of failing support?

If so, then the price may come well down, maybe...
And now we know the rest of the story (at least for today)!

Some thoughts on this one. Between yesterday and today, PA has been driven down hard at least 5 times. But, the total price decline on the drops is less than 170 pips. That is scarcely more than one day's average range. That is not much of a drop for all that hard downward spiking!!!!!!

It is just another reason I have the feeling these drives down are to shake out longs......get those positions for themselves (the drivers).

My conclusion is that when these drives down are over (and that may be now) the next siginificant move will be up.....quite a distance up. But it will most likely be happening next week.

Warning: Pure speculation.
