Sorry about all the vertical lines on the chart. I'm plotting reversals and divergences in a vertical format.

The last three momentum signals have been negative divergences. I don't see tension yet away from yesterday's mean equilibrium but it most likely will show up when a Negative Reversal appears later this morning EST.

Target would be 1.3690ish.

as long we stay below 3792-3808... it's short

same drop from 1.46 to 1.345

i found the problem.. we have not retraced yet after move completed on chf.. had i drawn this weeks ago it would still look the same as it does now. 0509 may not get touched. it would be a mid for a much larger move down.. but this retrace may bring back the bigger usd bulls in the trend. as always target number will become a s/r..

And no buying pressure on gbpusd for the moment...it might be an opportunity to go short...

Nevertheless I have some doubts about if the price @ EU goes to make another short term peak or has it already started to decline, I should admit my scenario on upside wave 3 has completed. I hope you followed the right direction and made a good bundle of pips!

By now the situation on EURUSD reminds me the one @ the cable, as the price action formed on both pairs similar patterns with 3 waves heading to the upside. By now we can’t tell for sure if the pairs retrace and then show us another maximum levels, or start to decline with a target for new lows.

To my mind, though, the pairs didn’t complete their targets at higher timeframes, so we can wait for some more upside moves. How soon does it come is an open question.

I can see a -ve divergence and a bearish engulfing pattern on H1, however, sidelined and waiting for the 4H candle close for confirmation.
