I've been trading for quite a number of years, I too am of the camp that we are headed into the 1.4000's. The weekly chart looks pretty obvious.

Malcomb and SkyzerFX and others that are long at this point, I think you're on the right track. Maybe even back to the 1.5100 area.

1.42 is the magic wave number....its evident.....USDCHF has had its run, its time for the EURUSD to adjust....

but the point isn't who's wrong or right, point is are you making money either way it goes? I say let's all make money no matter where its headed....the bottom line is, the trends in the market have been beautiful...

I assume you're speaking of an Elliot Wave. I'm not well studied on Elliot Wave's, could you please share a picture showing the next "Wave"? It would help me to see what you are seeing.

As of now it is sideways and possible retracement last 5 weeks

ON the monthly someone else other than me must have considered this could just have been a retrace of the 2008 low to 1.5100 high move. IT did stop dfead on 61.8 after all

Yeah, you right... As I stated earlier I'd love to see sustainable range...

But people forgot Main Trend and it's been down for decade..

Resent USD pop no exception, Nobody will allow dollar get too high,

regardless. Barabama now fighting with the Chinese, for the lowest

currency valuation.. It's a currency war out there and US will win by any

means, - remember that 81+ that was the current top for another 1-2

years... Look for the lower 70 on the index.. Well, anyways, you going to

realize it sooner or later, cause the only way for USD is down over long term and

then to this .. I'll exchange it to you later $50 to 1AMR, when those

guys finish with the Dollar devaluation

Elliott Shmeliott...Eurozone is in rather sticky situation, that's evident from posted articles, before you can start singing hymns praising the birth of a new bull in Euro you will have to wait for weekly chart to become bullish which it ain't. Now we hear calls for 1.5+... Oh well

we are in a strong down trend ? not if that 1.3450 low holds we are not...trend is up and here is the channel

I take the bet I bet we see 1.4500 before we see 1.3000 ... I am now sure what you want to wager ?

see that volume on weekly last 4 weeks ... that is not pro suddenly deciding they want to sell

FOMC this week .... one thing in the minutes about usd rates being held for a long time will send eu up in a hurry.

Of course I am not really along term trader as you know how I trade ... I like to get in and out 30 to 100 pip a trade and then wait for the next bus , but it is fun to debate the longer term charts and also of help to me on my intraday trades.

You are making an error by drawing lower trend line to suit your bias, if you run it properly along the actual lows you will find that it rests below current lows of 1.34 zone and with weekly chart not finishing its bearish phase one can expect new lows sooner than later.
