EURO-DOLLAR: Saw chop inside $1.3750/70 zone after the better than
expected retail sales headline, the pair gaining lift from a surging
euro-yen/risk and then falling back as dollar-yen gains give the
greenback a lift elsewhere. Pair still respecting the earlier breakout
level around $1.3750 and bids at $1.3740.

Previous high move, which was on viagra=Overbought,exhausted.

Bad usd news= bring it up,maybe later to 1.3815

Positive news: this will crash the bubble.

So positive news= bigger impact than negative ones.
