The environment is marked with uncertainty.
Gradually phasing out non-standard measures. Will maintain 1 month repo with full allotment for the rest of the year. 3 month auctions will be done by auction.
Special factors include bad weather in Q1. Real GDP growth to be moderate in 2010. Weak labor market prospects holding back growth.
2010 GDP growth is now seen between 0.4% and 1.2% versus +0.1% and +1.5% previously.
Inflation seen at +0.8%- to 1.6% from 0.9% to 1.7% previously, a modest trimming of the inflation outlook.
Money supply growth is expected remain weak in coming months. Loans to households are up while loans to non-financial corporations are down and are expected to remain weak for some time even after the economy picks up.

thanks. watching the live feed of the press conference now http://www.ecb.int/home/html/index.en.html today and tomorrow's gona be strong trending. either way im not sure yet but im sure a big move is brewing as do all other trichet press conferences. will decide after hes done with his QnA session.

if gu breaks yesterdays high look for 5190 + a few. if not 5118 + slip if any should be high. (we may have already reached it). with no new high on eu and gu last targets still valid. nfp may make markets sluggish. i would not atempt longing to these without a scalpers sl. eu points to a new high of 3743 +slip. i was leary last night because originaly target was not reached. i dont recall it but it was near 43. its in yesterdays post.

Right now it's stuck at 200 EMA on M15 wich corresponds exactly with the 100 EMA on M30. needs a hammer in the head
