Forex is not a race. It is a marathon.

This is why traders who rush at forex ends up losing half their savings.

The $1.12 per Pip has nothing to do with margin requirements.

I saw a report on TV saying that USDJPY is likely to go down to 87 in a near future.

I prefer to see it this way....

100 pips on 10k = 10 pips on 100k

And since usd/jpy moves slower it is a great pair to learn when you are starting out in forex. I know so many that have blown accounts trying to first learn the fast moving pairs.

So I think it is really a matter of personal choice. I prefer slow steady moves with a larger position.

But again it is up to you what you want to trade. I say try every pair at some stage!

UJ is not all the while low momemtum, their low momemtum at this period of time is due to both currency are on the strong side. EG are both on the weak side.

Do not take my kind advice wrongly. One more advice, most (90%) of the winners on forex market use H1 and above TF chart. Think about the pro & con carefully, once you understand the reasons, it means that you are advancing by one step.

its almost that time again. getting ready for another short on the daily. The setup might happen by thursday. My current trading history throughout last year and the current year. Pretty good haul so far. Risk reward always at least 1:2. Sometime 1:3

Broke the range to the downside with a 1H close and tested a previous low. Looking back at this level it has never really spent a lot of time south of here. If it does break below 88.60 with some follow through it may open the way for a retest of 85? Time will tell.
This is what awesome feels like
