I am a relative newbie in forex, I began real trading 2 months ago and have been lucky enough to have a mentor that is not involved in forum speculation.

Are there any real traders here? I see a lot of pictures with 400 indicators and lines on them, but no real wisdom what-so-ever.

I guess this is where the 95% hang out.

Cleary seen yesterday and put in practice today. Bad news, bearish sentiment on stockmarkets (all over the world) result in a stronger"safer" USD.

Yeh it remains very bearish....but i'll only short if it reaches 1.3570-80...i wish we could go this high but equities are taking another beatdown...

Anyone making any money since the bear run 24 hours ago?

I've had 7 losers in a run ... and all seem to reverse a couple of pips after my entry. Clearly something wrong with my strategy here ... or my broker is pulling me in on spread each time despite how much gap I leave between my desired entry and fill price

good stuff, just gotta wait for the europe to churn through news now.... and watch the market...

I am holding all shorts and waiting for the dollar to rally a bit more later on.

That will put more pressure on the EUR, at least to the 1.34 area as was my initial target yesterday.

I'm still waiting a "better" retracement towards 1.3580 before shorting it

Hopefully it'll go there just before Bernanke speech so i can short while he's talking shit

Ibex is collapsing again. already 2 procent down today, and almost 6 procent down from the start of the week. bearish sentiment has returned.

i was able to catch chf at the bottom..there is a storm a brewing and many will get caught with their pants down.. commoditys control this pair..and its comming..

commodities control eu or chf? which commodities do you primarily watch or do you mean more as a whole?
