If you zoom out, you see that your lines are too steep compared to the previous technical recovery in dec/jan.
On the other hand, the EU seems to stall.

Looking at USDX, seems like there could be more upside soon, got a nice bounce from the TL (I'd say its a 3rd bounce).

US equities/DJ look like they are in this triangle, also as someone mentioned they stopped dead at the 61 retrace (look at the weekly). We break the lower TL then E/U may go for a ride as well.

Also, notice larger TF DJ chart, I see it pointing down, could be wrong though.

No position in E/U right now, got stopped out last night, went short too early. Should've waited for it to bounce off the upper TL, damn sleep.

Currently short U/J, if the market has a down day U/J should follow it.

On the right of the USX index its more violent.
Might be an indication of turning of trend.

Well this is FX, violence is the nature of the beast, also it might do anything, it could be forming a lower high. Only time will tell. I trade what what I see on the chart instead of letting my brain get in the way.

I just wanted to let you know that you might think about what you say, cause you will most likely have to eat it up soon enough... As SkyzerFX said it, "not tomorrow of course, but soon enough"

There is a couple of reasons why the USD will break eventually;
The biggest reason is most likely the fact that the people who run the states, and Europe for that matter, want the USD to collapse, to be able to bring a world currency into action. First I believe the Amero will be the currency of Mexico, US and Canada, then in a later stage maybe another currency or possibly the Amero as the worldcurrency!?
For those of you who do not know (the mainstream media in both US and Europe cover this fact very badly) Bush signed a contract that US, Mexico and Canada will be one, kind of like EU. It will be separate countries but without borders and with the same currency - Amero.
This is not a conspiracy theory, look it up! Its official documents, signed by the former president, Bush. He of course, just like all the presidents of US (and yes, even Obama, actually Obama is almost worse when it comes to corruption...) was just a string puppet for the people behind the scenes, the people who really runs US. The presidents who were NOT puppets, like Lincoln and JFK who both just happened to want to stop the FED and make it a government operated bank (instead of like today, privately owned... its crazy... truly crazy...), of course got killed...

The second reason why USD will collapse is the simple fact that the people who run US have made sure that the USD will collapse (the people who run US is the people who own and run the FED, and yes, Bernanke is just a puppet...)
How have they made sure? They printed 12 Trillion Dollars out of thin air, or was it 14? Or 17? I lost count... Have anyone of you any idea how much money that is? And nothing to back it up, no goldstandard or anything else. That can only lead to one thing! Look it up folks, never in the history of time has it lead to anything else than hyperinflation! And it will even in the case of US! At first, the currency market will be delightful that inflation starts to rise, e.g. interest rates increases. But how will the market trade the USD when it realizes that the inflation isn't normal and not any interest rate increase in the world can stop the inflation... That my friends, is the beginning of the end for the USD as we know it... If the next currencysolution will be called Amero, USD2 or anything else is irrelevant, the USD as we know HAS to fail, its the nature of cause and effect, after rise comes fall...

By the way, I do believe the EURUSD will touch 1.25 before we eventually will see 2.00... I do believe the Euro will fail as well, but I think USD collapse comes first... In any case, the USD will loose grounds to gold. I am quite sure we will see 2000 USD per ounce within 12-15 months. Possibly 5000 USD within 3 years. Its not because of strengthened gold, its just because of inflation in USD. The goldprice, in a unaffected currency (if any currency will be unaffected) will propably be the same...

Went long with 1 lot at 1.3507 after the last dip to 1.3496. Believe tomorrow will be bad news for USD, and also I believe a bigger retrace will occur before another trip south. Also bought 70 ounces of gold at 1101.46, with a S/L at 1096.33. S/L for EURUSD 1.3488, if it breaks i guess 1.3400 is ready for testing...

What do you mean by "laging indicator"?
It's the index of value of the single currency based on it's value against all the other currencies... I don't know why you call it "laging"...

This is what the USD index is telling me...
Maybe a bit up for EURUSD... but i'll wait for a good entry on the short side...

were in wave 1 of 5 of 1 of 3 down we are going to break the bottom with maybe a prior correction.........The main trend is down look to sell if reach 1.36 although it might not go further that 1.3575....please search my previous post

Well thats propably because US owes China several trillion dollars and knows that when the USD collapses their loans will be pretty much useless. Its the same with a lot of countries, they KNOW the USD is on its way to collapse, but if they say it out loud the collapse will come sooner rather than later. Trust me, they are all selling USD in the dark! The USD WILL collapse, its just a matter of time! Its inevitable.
