The lower trendline in black should be cleared and then momentum will really surge. At a minimum we have a 434 pip drop, I would estimate the actual size of the drop be :

434 * 1.382 = 599
or
434 * 1.618 = 702

either of the above numbers, but if you are looking for a reversal, there is no such a thing like that.

As per my post this past Saturday. They say 90 percent lose in Forex. 90 percent of people on this forum were screamng elliot wave 3 this and fib pattern that, 1.4 and beyond. Well it looks like the 90 percent of people lose saying is correct!

It could be consolidation.....or my guess is it is a last ditch attempt to scare out SHORTS due to PA.....just my opinion....if I had the arsenal to hold up price if i was in the RED...I would....

Gator, Forexlion and Driver55 may have a good handle on what is going on....
