Yes. This push below both the S1 and 50 fib might not hold over the next few minutes, but it means that pending orders at these levels were outnumbered by sells, so IMO it's only a matter of time before we see 3540,3530,3500.

There is a chance that with the right news we could see new lows by the end of NY session, but I'm just trailing my stops and adding on retraces.

Depending on how much you got...but 2% percent of your account is a reasonable stop loss....up to you

A good way to look at stops is to look at support and resistance. If you entered at 1.3680, resistance was at 1.3691. Place your stop above that if you want. Mine was at 95.

Support at the time was about 1.3675. Once we broke below that, you'll see the price came back up to 1.3670 before continuing down, so you could have moved your Stop to 1.3680, BreakEven. Once we broke below the next support, move your stop to just above that. I find it better to manually move my stops once support/resistance is broken than to have automatic trailing.

I took my hundred out a couple days ago and a little less this morning on yesterday's long...but keep adding to your short....

Good morning.. Well I slept over all the pips.. Looking at the chart

and see huge rise then drop in EU/Cable. What kind of news cause this?

More than 150 pips drop? What is the reason?

Possible retracement toward 1.3580-1.3600 until Wall Street wakes up then down to 1.3500

Probably because the cycle trend is still down and buyers were running out of steam. Then we hit resistance and the bears came back to play.

rule 1 - you see your chart go from top left to bottom right, its bearish.

Rule 2 - you see your chart go from bottom left to top right thats bullish.

Cant see us at rule 2 at all just yet....so i sell dem rallies.
