Dow's off 10, down 60 from the high, gold is dithering down..This has to be floating on hot air, but I don't dare to take a serrious position at this time????>>

Yeah, unfortunately this is true.. I always successful been long

and always losing money been short, whatever I do (stocks included), that's

the way it is.. Cannot do anything about it.

longs are commercials? we do know there is a buyer for every seller and vice verse. Generally according to Cot reports commercials are allways on the othe side of the large and small traders. the market makes immediate moves by the large specs opposed to the commercials being a longer time frame.
All that is left in FF is just plain garbage. "Cloggie"

gold has tried to break 1125 on last 4 days and it did break but then cam down. today high of 1126.9 but then down again and is arund 1121. wat does tht mean it has attmepted thrice so it seems a lot of resistnace there. but i also see 2 inverted heads on top on h4 and a big w on h1 wat does the w mean. wat does that all indicate. malcom fontu skyser u guys trade gold can u interpert this for me plz.

I agree with your analysis....but can you really imagine the 1.3620 level to be broken with such low vol ?

I have nothing to learn to you about vol you cause i've learnt a lot from you about it...

For me it's more a level of short than a level from where i might go long
I really can't imagine a break there...i'm even surprised of the 1.3600 break

A daily close below it will mean it's not ready to go up yet...a retracement is needed
And i keep repeating myself but the vol keeps decreasing on the up move

I'm ready to short again but i won't cause my MM won't allow it

I'll wait!

I see gold is high so monday-tuesday when it will pull back will it not pull everything down with it?
so my feeling is short e/u based on this + based on major trend.

here's my chart, and see 1.36 as a probable resistance.. and see a possible range of 1.36-1.34 before a break lower

Unfortunately I don't trade GOLD, If I was,

then I just simply buy the Dips, why bother shorting at all. And, if you are

hour trader (short term)

I'd play with 8AM EST candle, sell 7AM 1H at the highest and cover

8AM at the lowest mostly when Important USD news are pending at 8:30

EST.. And today remember we spoke on the Morning? 8AM candle closed UP

after all and GOLD follow up later as well.. Draw the chart and check on

that..

i do remeber askin u the 8am analysis but i wasnt at the blog after tht so missed the answer. hmm as u jst mentioned in ur earlier replies it is jst tht i pick tops better then bottoms so i short.

how GOLD follow the direction of the day by 8AM candle later?.. Just check this out:

There is real action on 8AM going on, sometimes it's changing.. When EU and Market was under downside pressure daily

8AM GOLD candle in 95% of the chances was sure short..

I guess it's much easier with that Slope line I have.. When 8AM Candle is UP and Line is BLUE, it's uptrend = Buy

vise versa Sell
