All i can say is Lee "the trend is your friend" that 1hr green candle (marked by the white arrow) could'nt even get a close above the 5ema ('scuse the ema's on this chart being different than Eo's,but it shows basically the same info).I might be/probably am wrong,and as I said in the first post a DBLHC is a tradable signal with this method,so I suppose well see what happens from here.

Please excuse my noobness, I hadn't learnt DBLHC before.

So... DD, you expected the red to drop down to halfway to the green as per your first post, but you then planned to take a long (buy) right?

Is that a pattern? DBLHC then another drop and then a good high?

I thought I'd post this to see if anybody found it helpful,it has been calculated by a guy who posts on the fx daily cable forum,see what you think of it. We are on week 3 at the moment and maybe point 11 has arrived and we are going to climb for a while,who knows.

Yes Lee in theory that's how those DBLHC trades work,wait for a retrace to some point down the previous candle (not sure whether it has to be halfway exactly) and then get in the trade. I can't say that I trade them myself ( I like to trade with the trend) but they do pay out.

Morning everyone. Is anyone with me in this Mistress bounce off the H1 200? There was a beautiful DBLHC with tweezer bottoms on the m15, and the H1 rejected the close below the 200. Easy trade setup, hope everyone got it.

Edit: there was a very similar setup on the Temptress off 4 hour support.

Nice trade Captain, I missed it as I had my concentration on the eur/usd and picked up +53 on her.

This is cycle analysis giving the approximate timing of high and lows during the trading week. This cycle repeats every 4 weeks. This is the complete solution. We are now on week #3 with the vertical lines on the graph midnight New York time.
