This is the EURGBP divergency I mentioned (at 1 hr chart) ... and very close to support 0.8660 (Feb 12)... EURUSD can be retracement up... possibly to 1.3630 - 1.3640... and then downtrend again... I will enter long at 1.3530, SL 1.3490 and target 1.3630... maybe with trailingstop of 30 pips...

what is your spread for gold? my broker is having a spread of 65pip, bid 1099.85, offer 1100.50. is that alot?

Well my friend.. then you are not taking forex as an investment... you are gambling... the problem is when the worst happen....
I'm going for a daily 2%... that gives a montlhy ROI of 50%...
Just risking 2% of my account daily...
If now you take a spreadsheet and play with numbers you'll see that 50% monthly ROI is about 8800% every year...
Just think about it...

Back to the Topic of Eur/USd instead of all that cable jibberish.

Am i the only one that sees the USD as being extremely overbought? Dont get me wrong i can see it drop to 3300 levels but it seems far more realistic for this month for the EUR/USD to reach levels of 1.4000 again.
The ECB knows that a too high valued Eur is going to block and harm their exports, seems like 1.4 is a reasonable rate for the Euro though.

Especially seeing as how the US economy is recovering, but the operative word here being recovering. Its still in a lot of trouble and there is going to be a massive amount of debt being built up over the next Ten years.

Europe on the other hand has the Greece problem which may or may not extend to portugal, Spain and Italy. Budgetary issues can be fixed within a "relative" short timeframe.

Huge government spending which the obama administration is doing now should weaken the USD and i expect it to crash again sometime soon with Asian Currencies such as the Yen and the Yuan becoming increasingly important.

I know a lot of companies are hoping for a very weak Euro in order to clean up their balance sheets and take advantage.

Any comments/Ideas thoughts?

My trading Plan for tomorrows London session opening will be preparing to setup long positions as i see it heading towards the weekly target of 3800.

I am short too from 1102.4
I still have resistance lines, maybe fibonaci will kick in and it shoots down.
