that may be a good trade, use a stop loss above high. silver broke major support at 16 broke below it and is retesting support/resistance at around current price 16.10. don't try and figure out any trend lines with gold, cause it doesn't seem to respect anything there. gold so far has made a lower high, that's all that counts, in my book.

Great Chicky. Thats a great way to trade- capture big pips on a yearly/monthly TF.

I myself look for daily candlesticks on a monthly TF and try to capture 200-300 pips per trade.

Here's my simple analysis:

1) Price bounced off the 161.8 Fib Extension Today
2) It will more than likely retrace to the 100 Fib Level
3) It may possibly test previous resistance thus inching higher before falling again...

In this case, its not the norm....Gold will climb slightly but will hit resistance...EUR looks to be headed up for the same purpose as well....one will have to give n me thinks Gold will give this time...
