Yeah, I took EJ short earlier and start to get nervous about it

maybe.. with china down this week it could happen. but i think the sun comes out tomorow. i will sleep like a baby. next week it will be hard to sleep on my belly..

I suspect there will be a rebound in Euro however not sure for how long as I have mentioned for some time. However European equities have been going up for last 6 days so maybe it may tank with Equities.

If the rally in equities continues then it gives me chance to get out of equities at even higher levels however I think the market have gone too far too fast. Nasdaq went up 70 percent in 9 months from March to December. Plus I don't see what is going to drive US economy as I don't see how it will be the consumer with so much debt.

Therefore I do not know what the next crisis will be but it will come soon by surprise. Fed is trying to fix prices, they tried same thing during depression, it made things worse.

In this day and age the solution is let the fed keep rates low and prices high. How about they let prices fall and then they don't have to keep rates low.

The consumer is definetely not being helped by fed. Real wages are falling and Incomes. If recovery does take hold inflation will go to over 10 percent.

this is how i see it, it just broke below the xpMA and if it breaks 1.3725 and consolidates around 1.37 the trend should stay down. we may still get a spike to 1.38 if someone decides that option barrier is worth it

Also you notice how most pairs gained on USD weakness but NO U/J also gained indicating marking up for all major USD pairs.
U/J should have tanked but DID NOT.

shorts closed for few pips & it seems bull is not over yet & some good pips may e collected , pending short at 1.3793 placed .and some long short scalping here & there.

I'm sitting there trying to figure out WHY the EUR/USD is skyrocketing (circa 11 a.m. EDT US on Tuesday) when all the pundits had predicted a constant down for the week. I'm turning on Bloomberg and scouring all the Forex websites, there's no fundamental announcements, no NOTHING. Then, an hour later, I finally gloam onto the announcement about China and Japan getting rid of U.S. Treasuries. It was two hours before it shows up on Forex news feeds! This is ridiculous!

If this was such a major market-moving event, how come no one thought to cover it? Does anyone know where I can get this kind of news a whole lot faster than I did today? Many thanks for all info. - Hopeless
