Yeah I am fully concern but as market is open though movements min but strategies still working one after the other & hence not kept aside.
Now taking any pips I see positive & retake , you can say random when have time to sit only.

Anyway if the market move this way everybody win pips all the time ,

Tax question. Just spoke with IBFX representative and they've told me,

that they don't have 1099 TAX forms and not required to send transaction

history of their clients

to the IRS. Is that so?

What that means? Forex profits Tax free? Or otherwise what exactly

report to IRS? Each and every transaction or just a total profit/loss?

Anybody? Thanks.

Need help guys,
I am planning to do my first withdraw from my account and I wonder if the amount of money I want to withdraw will be taxed somehow or if I will have to pay the tax myself or if I will just get the amount of money I want without paying any taxes..

Depends on a broker,but ususally u pay taxes at the end of the year.

my broker is XTB (X-Trader broker)
and from what do I pay the taxes? from all the withdraws I have made during the year?

do not underestimate the effects of chinese holidays all week on the gold price, weak gold would pull aud and eur with it.

13580 will be a tough one but we will see a new low this week imo

Imagine that : you put deposit 10 000, and then withdraw 10 000..... TAX ? FOR WHAT ?

There is tax company that specialized in tax prep for forex traders
Greentaxconsultants.com there may be some useful information for free on their site.
As if US income tax isn't difficult enough, forex makes it impossible.
As much as I love the USA, sometimes I hate it.
Anyway, Forex is not like stocks, it is a whole 'nother creature. Probably some traders don't report at all. I'm not that daring, esp with the IRS.
I just report the total realized profit or loss for the year and give them my broker and account number.
No problems with that so far.
The first year I started trading I had a loss and was able to take a deduction. So it increased my refund.
I'm still walking around free, no black and orange stripes. Yet...
My intention is not to cheat. I am ready to pay what I am required to. Keep the heart pure....Play it safe with the IRS.

do the US make you pay if you win at cards too? As far as i know we pay no tax in UK for gambling (which this effectively is) unless they can prove it's your main source of income, which this is not for me (and *never* will be

yes US requires report winnings for gambling, lottery etc. tips, income from yard sales. if you sneeze they want to know about it...
