Plan to trade for next 2-3 hours. Go long. Close trade for -spread. Immediately go short. Rinse. Repeat.

Trading the range worked when the range was over 10 pips, cleared ~45. Now, not so much, now I settle down to wait.

no matter home much down play is given about greece and whatever. there are more hurdles around the corner for euro. the weakening of eu will help ez. but it may be too little too late. it would not take much for fragile banks to start failing. and a snowball among banks around the world. there are many who dont want to bail out banks again. bailing out greece will be bailing out banks since banks hold greece's paper. but even with bailout of greece there are many more unkown fudged problems with ez govs. they only way to save greece is too print. but with the other unkowns it may not stop the presses. everyone thinks the bailout will save euro. it just turns on the presses. as always if your biggest buyer is not buying your products there is less demand for the currency. without a job u.s. consumer buys less. when the cosumer comes back he will build a little nest egg.. he will be more cautious. he will buy more domestic or cheaper forign products. as long as china is pegged it will be them and the other asian markets. if the old industail nations allow it this will calaspe economies. 10% unemployment will be the good old days.

since open eu dropped 20 pip up 10 down 10 and that is on a bid chart , - spreads , no slippage and getting in at top and bottom to the max you can make is 40 pip , oanada spreads even before tokyo opened were likely huge. NOt even sachs bots are that good they make all 40 pips.

Why is that that the bs is flying so much in here tonight ? are all that bored ?

Right when my broker opened up price jumped from 3619 to 3624 triggering my short at 3623, Monthly S1. Closed at 3610.

50 mins later entered long at 3610, closed at 3622

13+12 = 25

Re-entered short on the way back down through 3620 to 3613

25+7 = 32

and longed again at 3607 - 3617, so 42 pips.


I didn't figure anything much was going to happen so decided to trade smaller lots inside the flag. It's a fun way for me to pass the time

Morning to all . market stall for long long time at this level and the small wedge/bull flag still intact !!!! none of my pending shorts eu 1.3655-1.3708 & gold 1104 activated . Overall this calmness indicate either bull going to abort and a sky fall effects to come or as still on the support will go up much steady & confidence.

A bit of luck helps. I was hoping to go to bed tonight with 10-20 pips, and decided to keep going til I got a loser. S/L of 10 pips on each of the trades. I'm in one more for the night, long from 3608.
