let me. explain.. i never have read a trading book..good or bad..im better at tearing things apart and seeing what makes them tick. hands on ect. i suck at reading a manual. so maybe i do use some of those waves. but if i do i dont know. so please dont tell me. i dont want to know.. but of the waves i have seen here theres always tweaking.. after.. i try to be close to precise. many times it works.

greeks tank the euro lol really loud. to me some big boys wanted to have some good christmas and they did it very well. i ve read a couple of nonsense comments about the situation and i am surprised to see people believing that the so ( 'huge economy of europe as greece is') caused this 'mess'. with such easiness you point your finger. extreme opinions unfold here about that. i wonder what people with such opinions will say when another black sheep will be discovered soon. (how you thing you make your money here) thus a thanks here is ok for two months --- as for some voices from the north ( who they taking the discussion to another level ) the least to characterize them is as naive... but it is not the place to elaborate in detail nor the subject---mind what you feed your mind--- and happy pips

I can't say I agree. Knowledge is power. Even G.I. Joe would tell you that.

My experience: the more you know, the less you lose.

I'm not just yacking about waves, but about market concepts and trading concepts in general.

It's a gutsy theology.

But as long as there's a free market, you can trade it however you see fit.

i wasnt talking about usdx. i was talking about eu only. and yes im quit familiar with where it reversed at.. its on several of my charts.. the release of news was at 8:30 et at that time we were at 3625.. we dropped then too 3595 after release. each time we get to the edge usd weakens.. it happend on all 6 usd crosses im in.. it happens when eu gets near the edge only..

Shorting opportunity gbp/usd 1.5735 (fib 38.2%), it has rejected it 2 time before.
They think they are smarter than I am.

I dont draw my lines evenly spaced like the book says. I have my own system and method of drawing lines, which have saved me from bad trades many times.

Many times market doesnt go exactly to the equally spaced lines, but goes pretty close to them. The way you know where to put the line is by the reaction that you can observe and the ending of the formations that happen at the lower time frames. I strongly disagree with drawing lines equally spaced.

To some extent equally spaced makes sense in about 45% of the situations, but in the rest you have to pay attention to the spikes, the formation, the retracements and the tenacity of the market when drawing your trendlines.

Best practice is to pay a lot of attention to the details in lower time frames and keep drawing lines and experimenting with them.
