i doubt that euro/usd can go further down. maybe the bottom for today? closed my shorts recently. +4% my accounts really needed that. o.O

you have proved yourself wrong, fact is china is wiling to finance its trade surplus with u.s however it is not willing to finance Europes deficit that it has with them.

I agree the EU has much further to fall... That being said once the BOOM in China goes bust it's gonna unwind alot of hurt. I'm waiting for the China situation to unravel and when it does every thing will go crazy (And most likely this will hurt the EU further).

The question is once they're Bubble pops what will happen to the US? Will China still buy the bonds at such a high level? If they can't then we're in big trouble... We might actually have to cut some of the stupid government programs and waste.

I think it's not wise to pick the bottom. If you're still convince that EU will go down, just sell on pullback.

mate my point i have never made a call on euro or dollar against each other, both are terribly flawed for various reasons,

both will be going down against gold, and currencies such as chf and jpy.

Euro is not a sound currency like you claim it is, i have never said dollar is sound either.
