we just reached 1.3606..per gators target....And passed it.....

Well not lately, but I have before. I don't know if his blog is all about paid access services he provides, but when I read it in the past I took it as a trader sharing his daily experiences and struggles like all of us. For that I commend his efforts and for sharing them.

Now if he's all about bragging or advertising then I don't really like that, but I didn't get that impression from him which is why I posted an encouraging and positive message on the heels of your negative one.

I closed 2 shorts an hour ago.. knowing full well this was going to happen.. I'm a horrible trader.. Don't feel bad

what do you think about the "carry trades" for example the aussi in relation to eu would have a long way to go to get near the 50% retracement on the fib from march 09 to november 09.
throw your thoghts in please.

i "think" that all carry trades are going to take out march lows.
LTL now at .3557 today.

Decided to close my short at 3613, now i'm flat e/u, am tempted to open another short b/c we just broke my weekly R2 and monthly R1 but that wouldn't be smart (hate buying on the bottom, bad r/r), if anything may add a short if it retests that area.

I know this isn;t the u/j thread but currently I've got a short there as well, its more of a swing trade, I'm thinking we'll see some downside come Tokyo session Mon.

Thanks. Gonna stop trading for the week. Cause I know I would screw up now, chasing it. Fresh start next monday.

One thing I keep noticing about spikes after the news. The first move often seems to be the real direction that it will take. It might re-test into the other direction, but its usually fake / fails. Today it was the same thing (if you zoom down into the m1 TF u can see it). And similar with the last NFP news. This is not a suggested strategy, just an observation from a fairly newbie trader.

Maybe the more experienced traders in here can comment on that.
