Dow's about 40pts away from free fall. It will cause major stop runs/margin calls.

Gold broke through my daily TL, has since retraced above ATM, US equities are attempting to retest lows from last week after bouncing off the 23 retrace from its previous high to low. Will be intereting to see how things pan out this afternoon in US equities, E/U also broke through 200 week MA and is sitting on 50 month MA. If we get new equity lows I'd expect more lows from E/U. If NFP is bad tomorrow this thing could really explode, US Equities could drop well below 10k and take the $$ up with it. Time will tell. Was tempted at taking a long here but I don't want to get cut, have added to my short position from 3892.

If it sounds like a bear, looks like a bear and feels like a bear, it must be a bear. Right?

I do not know what the value of the 200sma you're talking about as I don't use them but, the daily has a massive bullish divergence on top of the weekly dx hitting a speedbump.
Those who had sold from way up would probably offload here. Price could still overshoot wee bit but it's likely more to clear stops and sucker in weak shorts before the nfp. We've seen this before, too easy, not falling for it.

I'm looking at the 4005 level retest before deciding if this drop would continue or we keep pulling from there.

and what I see big guys buy on American market according volume spread.
Big probability , reverse point from this level on euro.
public bus think short, no problems.

We've entered the Target zone.... (3750ish) compare chart below to chart linked to above.

I've added a single Split pivot at 3770 since it's time to fine tune this thing on a shorter TF. Below 3748 but not plotted on chart, the next SP would be 3725.

Stay nimble...

If you are long right now... and are not very experienced, I would like to make some suggestions:

1) close your long

2) in the alternative--- you must, must, must have a stop loss set... and stick to it! Do not move your stop loss. If the Dow drops below the dreaded 5 figure mark, stop-losses will likely trigger and this could snoball fast and get out of hand. I hope this does not happen, and it may not. However, there is blood in the water today--the only question is "How hungry are the sharks"?

Just sitting idle start scalping to have at least some pips today, sell the bottom to test first in eu & same time gold , smallest lot for sure & ready buttom to close any time.
