Well, I took a really risky long...the bad news didnt even make the market flinch to the downside. This resistance is pretty good also, we'll see I guess.

[11:05 EUR/USD: German IO Worse Than Expected In December] London, February 4. German December manufacturing orders data was far worse than initially expected, down 2.3% M/M compared to the forecasts for a slight 0.2% monthly increase. This should maintain the sell EUR/USD on strength mentality going into the North American open and the ECB/Trichet combo. However, spot is yet to be impacted by the release, with EUR/USD currently straddling the former barrier and potential digital expiry at 1.3850. [email protected]

This makes perfect sense, news are not played out, at least yet.
Technically speaking, we should see PA to get ~60-70 to short.
RSI have supported the move almost 3 hours in 5 min tf and its close to reversal. Just waiting for stochs to do the same
They think they are smarter than I am.

that just happened to me on usd cad @ 1.0645 and it isn't the first time either .

i still got the newbie syndrome that the market is out to get me !

Then it gets back into profit and you lock it in... end of story u lock your profit it starts to really move fast in your direction but you not there anymore.... so sad and boring.

it happens to me all the time ( 7 out of 10) ........ probably because I'm a newbie in that world.
But I will improve...soon ( maybe in 3-4 months).

and i trade big lot,so i don't reaaly need to wait for this 100 pip,for me sometimes 7-15 pip is enought.And then i reenter short again make another 7-15 pip.And i am happy man
