No I placed the order about 3 minutes before the news came out and before new candle opened! The companies name is Teletrade. Can you give me any advise what to do...? I have been trading for week and that really put me down...!!!

Last time it was at 1.04 was in the early part of 2003. It's a far way to go from now. Going off technicals alone I can't say how probable it seems. A move to there within the next year would also be shaped by world events/fundamentals.

you have an ecn broker and placed your trade at the wrong time.

well the order should have become active 15 pips under the price that was at that moment when I placed it! So when the price started falling the order should have opened at 0.8804 instead it opened at 0.8777...!!! I say what the f**k...???

As to previous yellow submarine 4hr chart I posted earlier, and previous mention of the daily bullish engulfing bar good for about 250 pips, I see support level of 3853,
All that is left in FF is just plain garbage. "Cloggie"

1 of 2 things happened. You had an insane ammount of slippage or the pip spread went up to an insane ammount of pips at the time it got filled, or a combination of the 2. either way it was because of the news release.
You should look into a different broker, I would suggest fxcm as I never have any problems with them personally

good luck man....its part of the biz, ur gonna get bad fills and high spreads when you trade during news release its inevitable

thank you very much i m into elliott wave and i do alot in vincys link and i m still learning but i put my views based on waves of impulse or corrective in anytime frame given . gold is in a correction to go higer on long time frame

You should call them and ask for an explanation. If they don't help you to your satisfaction, tell them you want to close the account right on the spot cause you're going to another broker.
