hmmm two things I wasn't expecting is the bears winning on e/u and Obama saying hes for freetrade.

I believe I am still not doing this correlation right. I take the EU/JPY number and divide it by the USD/JPY number and get the EU/USD number....it always shows EU/USD is where it is suppose to be......

How do you use it to profit?

He did a $10billion contract short.

Its just support resistance IDK about the resistance part because the 3923 could of a been a pivot point but the 3911 was just a simple easily identifiable support at 3911.

Nice prediction ... you missed the entry by 4 pips (1.4021)

I was not expecting it to hit to the pip. I shorted it right around 1.4000 ... on H1 it was clearly showing bulls going out of steam ... this bear flag. Trailing stop on +65 .. let's see what happens.

I expect it to hit 1.3880 for now.

I got out because of the trailing stop at 45 pips in green, which is the best for me so far

I am even wondering if I should stop trading for few days now....to get rid of the "im the boss" feeling...and cool down a bit :-)

First of all, you need to know the mathematical correlations between the various cross, and not approximate correlations . however, it is obvious that the correlations are not everything, but can help to confirm the general picture of the markets and then what you see through other instruments on your chart.
The best thing that can happen to you is to find out where you're wrong.
