I have been eye balling it, too. H4 has a nice FR target not too far beyond avg. trading range.....about the 0.8649 level. So, the half number area, and within reach. Nice one, zz_zhang, and not unreasonable spread to trade.

Well, let the market decide. Let us see if this sets up for a short. Note the spike in trades (red bar) on the largest candle since price was moved to the highs yesterday....that is a BEAR candle! On less trading, price was "restored" to the top of the range. It all vey much appears as though this consolidation ground is being used to prepare for a run down (speculation). We just have to wait to see if any setup occurs, and in what direction it starts to move.

zz_zhang, the real move may not yet have started! This week might bring a strong pull back (down). Time will tell.

Edit: The price climb appears to be rejected at the FR 12.72% level (13 on chart). If the rejection holds, indeed a pullback may come. Maybe much bigger than it looked like before (second chart).

we are on da same boat, but my entries is much earlier @ 126.47 didnt posted as it was not a sonic trade. cls half on 126.00 the other on BE wait till US open

I had to remove SL to stay in trade. And then added at 126.43 when price started back down. In consideration of trading range and the new high it made, the single target has been raised.

EG "Perfect Setup":

M15 shows FE projections study. PA is currently consolidating (making ready for next run) between the 38% and 62% FE levels.....very normal. EP might be just below mS1 with TP at mS4. What is perfect about this setup is (1) the 30 day average range is within a pip of the distance from the session current high (down arrow) and the target (up arrow/mS4) and (2) the FE 268% level is perfectly aligned with the target mS4 level! SL could be lowered as PA runs, to BE+.

EJ Short Trade (Cont'd):

From H4, we see PA has been ranging for two days. The longer this consolidation period becomes (the longer the marker movers take in preparations for the next move), the greater the odds are that the move will be a big one. The trend is still down, but the next move could go either way.

I am still in it as a short trade. My original first entry is marked (blue). I later added at a higher price. The M15, if you examine where candle are the most dense, clearly shows most consolidation has been at the highs. This points to a greater likelyhood the next move will be down. The mS4 level is now my TP as it is just within the 30 day avg for the trading range.

As a new trade, I would consider entry between mS1 126.06 and the whole number 126.00; the area where the last lows were made when PA dropped out of the Dragon. This would place you about 100 pips above the target.

EU Short Trade Setup:

Per attached M15 chart. TP is just within the limit of the avg (30 day) range. I would move SL down to BE+ soon as possible. H4 shows last few days of PA may be a Bear Channel, indicating a move down might follow.

EJ Short Trade (Still Cont'd):

It has been ranging for over 60 hours now. It doubled the range to the topside in later half of yesterday's session, but price is back once again to the middle of the original range.

My outlook for this is that it drift upwards again until around FO/LO. Then it might go a bit higher or not before it starts to move down. But the market decides.

Price finally moving down. S1 may now be resistance. SL brought to BE (of initial entry....one other was higher). It is sink or swim time (I hope it drowns!).
