I'm so up for this bloody drop! entered short at 1.3890, cant wait to see it going down to 1.35 by march

i am short at 1100 big position for me and in a bit it moved to 1107 could not put my stop loss. now i hav put it at 1110 and im hoping it ownt break and get back to my BE. what do u think r the chances it will hit tht 1110.

For me now, a win is a win.....I don't care how big or small.....a win is still a win. It doesn't make me leap up and down with delight when I win, I just move on to the next opportunity. When I lose, I lose to a level that I set before I entered the trade and then I analyse the reason I lost. I don't cry about a loss.....I use it to learn, so that I am wiser next time I enter the market.

Don't know if any of this helps you, but it is what it is!!!

the first true support for usdchf are in area 546-537

No question in my mind, if US Equity Markets will stabilize and

Market plunge fear is off, - USD will go back where it came from.

I'll take long for Overnight Asia session

The weekly chart shows 3 black crows and usually the candle that follows is a maribozu bull that fully engulfs the 3 bear (highly doubt it in this situation) or a small bullish candle with a long wick to the upside (up to 1.4270 and still be an inside bar) or possibly a bullish doji (most likely) followed by continuation down the next week...

I just thought I'd throw it in because I had just read it...I realize that it is a rumor but still nice to know. I'll have to look into the "maribozu bull" can't really picture one but I'm sure I've seen em' before...

i was too bearish. so every red candle looked to me as an opportunity to enter another bearish downmove.

i posted that this might be a problem. and it was. in fact i was so overly confident of the downtrend that i could have closed with my daily objective done (20 pips) but was sure it could go further down...

anyway, just for the record, my first trade was a winner: 10 pips! (last night)

will leave it opened anyway till it gets to the sl. anyway this precise moment we could have a lower high being formed on the 15m...

we will see...

ill make a prediction, wall street will go home, wake tomorrow with a huge gap down - i also think it being the 1st of the month has something to do with the counter move, im seeing bullish usd momentum on some exotic pairs now

You should take another look at EJ. 5M...topped out and failed to get higher, currently drifting downward. Some threat that it could rebound upward...but not doing so currently. Same on 15M. 30M - same story and hasn't been able to even tag yesterday's high. 1H - clearly been in a downtrend...currently appears to be attempting to break upward, but unable to do so as of yet. 4H - clear downtrend and downtrend still fully intact.

EU just right in the corner no way to go, either break current uptrend

down or finally break that downtrend line.. Sitting here for like last 2 hours

without any moves.. Vol is low so far..

I know the feeling.....leave it to run (even though it is at your target) and gain just a little more......only to have it turn around! When I reach my target, I take the profit......no 'ifs, but's or maybe's'. Can always re-enter if you want.

No trades for me since the market open.....There is/was (I haven't checked yet) a bullish divergence on the H1 to H4, which suggests that this may rise, and it did over night (my time). I'm not going to trade against the trend....been there, done that and got burnt.....so, I'll just wait until this consolidation is over and the trend either continues or reverses. Waiting won't lose me any pips

[US TREASURY BORROWING ESTIMATES] The Treasury has announced that it expects to issue $392 bln in net marketable debt in the Jan-Mar 2010 quarter. This assumes a $95 bln end-of-Mar balance. This borrowing estimate is $86 bln less than the borrowing estimated for this quarter at the time of the Nov refunding. The lower borrowing need is mainly due to cash balance adjustments and lower outlays which are partially offset by lower receipts. Treasury ended Dec with a $194 cash balance, well above the $85 bln projected, mainly due to greater-than-expected TARP repayments in Dec. This balance will be run down by $99 bln in the current quarter and lower the borrowing need compared with a $40 bln rundown originally assumed. Net marketable debt issuance in the quarter just ended totaled $260 bln, while the Treasury had estimated $276 bln.

Just trying to help....you've got a much bigger trendline currently at 3946ish that could halt any advance....see the 4H.

Don't matter anymore.. They are still selling DEBT on daily basis by billions

like hotdogs. Overall US DEBT levels are much higher than Europeans

and they are both suck, compare to GOLD, which has no Debt what so ever.

back in ea although i never got yellow line.. i figured its worth the risk.. it may go down no matter what eur does. commodities will still make up the future. and any recovery will favor them and the aud.

yes gold has no debt. its almost useless acept in our historic minds. a dehydrated man in desert would pay double waters weight in gold. one day we will find a meteor made of the stuff as big as texas.. i bet gold will be the last thing we put on our space ships.. when we naw on the bones of our neighbors. with a gun a will take all you have that i need. gold will not be on that list.
