respect at 3913 may bring on 3972..so a short at 72/78 could be a good one with fist target 3913.. hold the rest for lower move with be for the rest as sl..at new low bring sl to just above 15.. IF .... resepect at 3972 is needed also.. im not sure if respect was given at 13.. 3914 is an ass chart number.. so its a coin toss.. 3972 will comfirm if its valid. dont counter trend these numbers.. small moves are only intended for trend resuming. new low voids this.. im still bearish but cant deny what math said.. im not saying we go to 3972.. so dont long this on whats posted..its a if this happens do this only!

Break of 1.393 area will take us to 1.405 lvl 1st however I am think much higher if 1.383 can hold.

Defecit will only rise if this economy expands or shrinks...unless present and future presidents really shake the books up...Obama is trying to do that, f...in Bush messed up the whole country.

Deficit will rise regardless, to pay down Debt they creating more Debt

Nobody really paying anything and when "IF" rates go UP, Deficit will

rise even quicker. Those Levels of Debt already unsustainable. It's a Pyramid

schema and going to end up as all of them. in 3-5 Years 1 Dollar = 0.25 today

purchase power value, there is no way around that.
