if this happens as you show it. then gu short should be a better short..if the usdx remains strong.. even if if goes just to your 38 mark.. eg still should go up ... stronger euro and stronger usd will weigh on gbp

There is going to be a bounce happening. I can see it too at the trendline level. There might be one strong dip that will clear the low of 3930, but then a hard bounce off the highs of 3800's (roughly about 3850-3860) will happen, the size of the retracement will be at a minimum of 4050 and a maximum of 4200 level. I am looking myself at a strong sell at the 4200 level. The buy at 3850-3900 is a profitable trade too, but exit at the highs of 3900 for all practical safety purposes. Its a "Against The Trend" move on the daily time frame, but a low risk one, because its right arouond the 1.382 price extension of the drop from 5140-4200.

The bounce upwards will be very "Stealthy" and quick. Its a C wave of a running flat correction that started from 4030, by the time you want to catch it, it has travelled at least 80 pips upwards.

Wave A = 4030 - 4200
Wave B = 4200 - 3935
Wave C = Highs of 3800's (3850-3870) Upto Target1: 3900-4010, Target 2: 4070-4100

Sorry Targets are as follows:
Target 1: 3990-4010
Target 2: 4070-4100

It can go above 4100 too, but until it reaches that level its a bit hard to tell right now.

4200 would be a extremely good sell.

it may have already started.. but on eu we may not see it.. it may be a non event. on this pair since usdx is so strong.. we are currently bouncing on the all time 50% mark of euroX. i personally have never seen so much pro usd info and charts since july/oct 2008.. retrace then was tricky too.

My internet went out at 3am PST and i was trading off my iphone all night, doing really good on my A/U.

since i have missed out on charts, any thought on if USD will see some strength on Asian Session?

so you dont think we r in the corrwections right now and there s more impulse movement to the downside before the correction and these targets are for abc corrections

Thanks for your great insight. I fully agree. Technically, I still hold open a potential bounce as steam downward seem a bit on hold. Also on H1 and H4, price is currently ranging into another temporary breakout zone.

My take: If H1 closes above 3950/55, anything is possible. If below, another drop is due

my charts say next level is 1.3860.
probably we will bounce there and see 1.4260.

Time will tell.
