Wow ! Sarkozy is a genius. This is what EVERY country wants, and is exactly what the US doesn't want at this time. At least not until they get their own house in order. Ahh...the French.

Investors welcomes higher interest. It's a sign of a healthier economy, more jobs and production, and ultimately more risk capital in the market. That's also why currency rates are increasing when a nation's interest rate increases. Look at AUD and NOK which soared after they increased their interest rates late 2009.

well, is not the easiest thing, it also need a little sensitivity. but for example right now 4029 is a gann angle on 4H with TP 4270. Of course, the target can not be something that happens in 5 minutes
