looking at my chart I see a double bottom on the 15min and would say that we could go up from here or make a triple bottom. It had been very painful/exhausting watching the € yesterday grinding itself down only to see it later rising again. Those conditions are not favourable to my trading plan and tell me to stay out as no clear direction is visible. Unless we have breached 1.4040/28 I will do nothing and just continue to watch learn and try to be patient. For the upside I am looking at the numbers as follows 4100 4120...
Well we haen't been down here since July. I have never been much of a trailblazer myself. Let some of these other brave traders clear a path, then maybe I will enter on a little pullback....

I have just exited my EUR/USD Short from 1.4127 @ 1.4028. Will be watching today to see price do 1 of 2 things: It will either blow through possible support @ 1.4006 - 1.4028 area, or it will find some buy orders. If it seems as price has found buyers I will look for confirmation tomorrow to go long.

What is this going down to 20 and now back up above 28, are the big guys trying to suck us into shorts?? So they can turn this thing around ang take all our stops??? I dont trust it one bit.

exactly how a trap works....breaks support to trigger shorts then they dump all their shorts and price moves in opposite direction

G-morning guys,
my opinion remains bearish to 1,38.

Think the usd idx could be interesting as we get near 80.
dow on its way to 10k, gold below 1100.

i cant see any reversal atm untill we break up above 1.426 in eu.
The aussi looks like 88 to me, cable please push it below 1,608.

bullish abandoned baby candlestick in M30 , don't know if any great significance in lower tf , anyway a hope for bull.next Bullish Doji Star, moderate strength bullish pattern and last a large bullish candle confirms buyers are staging a rally and reversal.
or can simply take it as Bullish Morning Doji Star,

[GERMAN STATES CPI] for January continue with a triple helping of regions reporting in the last few moments. The largest region (with an estimated 23.5% weighting in national CPI), NRW, showed readings of -0.7% m/m, 0.8% y/y, whilst Hesse & Brandenburg (with weights of 7.3% & 2.7% resp) posted rates of -0.6%/-0.6% m/m & +0.5%/+0.6% y/y. Earlier, Saxony posted a -0.6% m/m, 0.7% y/y outcome. In sum, with 3/4 of the six states CPI now revealed we see a tamer outcome to our national German CPI f/cs (to -0.6% m/m, 0.7% y/y) compared to the initial estimates (-0.3% m/m & 1% y/y), and likewise to the Harmonised CPI measures -0.6% m/m, -0.8% y/y.

The European Commission is in talks with Romania to extend its deadline to lower its budget deficit to under 3 percent of gross domestic product by one year to 2012, an EU official said on Wednesday.
"Given the worsening in economic conditions in 2009 ... we have envisioned more time for Romania to correct (its deficit)," the EU Commission's Fabienne Ilzkovitz told reporters in Bucharest.
"We are discussing 2012 instead of 2011 but ... a final decision has not been made in this respect.
