I'm short from 1.45 targeting 1.38. But I dont think we go below 1.40 today. If we do we should reach 1.38 pretty fast though. Still saying short of course because I think we will eventually. Here is a daily chart of the eur/usd. I think we might get the wick of the candle under 1.4050 today and a possible bounce. But thats why I dont trade short term. Just longer term lol

If DOW drops below 10000 we might see 1.38, so far no evidence

of Market Crash. Volatility too low for that. On the other hand

if Market Rally back to it's high, this could boost EURO. Till Greece

issue resolved, this would act like brakes for immediate EUR rise,

unless US FED belly up/ bankrupt before FEB 16

I closed out some of the position at 1.4050 last week when we first got down there and added more back when we hit 1.4180 last night. With prices breaking below the 200 day moving average which usually signals at least another 10 percent drop or rise depending which side it breaks on this currency pair and the dead cross with the 50 day moving average crossing below the 100 day. And the breakout of the bearish flag wich targets a measured move equal to the move prior to flag which would put us at 1.37. And the little bout of risk aversion that has returned. And how the dollar seems to strengthen (against the Euro anyways) whether the Dow and S&p are up or down. And because of the Greece worries continuing. I think 1.38 should be a nice short term target. A good place to evaulate where things go from there.
