Scenario for the month : Elliott : flat correction down 127.02 + now crucial reversal point
If market stays below 134.05/ 25 a fall to below 129.19 is expected. If market breaks above the point 136.24 it could reach the sky.

Scenario for this week : Elliott : common flat resistance in downtrend 128.51
Structure is bearish to 126.82 or 125.88/ 125.45 limit but slowing momentum suggests a correction first to 129.01/ 55 or 130.38 - 132.59 zone.

Scenario for today : Elliott : extended impulse wave down 127.10
Current rise should end around 128.23. Objectives of this downmove are 127.18 or 126.60 - 126.13. A rise above 128.71 is again bullish.

Market is likely to drift towards 126.75 and even a fall down further to 126.36 - 125.64 is possible unless a corrective rally will break above 127.46 - 127.64 and 128.00 resistance area. Stops above 128.07 zone ...

I am not gator but I too was thinking about this so here are my thoughts. The pair has gone significantly lower since the Asian session open with no real retraces. At the lows we are right now though...the bear does not seem very strong and pa seems to be getting prepared for a decent push up...again to 1.4130 which was previous strong support. Time will tell and for this particular news...best to be flat although I am slightly bullish after news release.

as long as china is playing with credit things will be tough for longs. i would not go long with a case of viagra and your account today. this thing could crash in a blink of an eye.

thx 4 the advice did that yesterday and was not beneficial for my account. Even though I knew I was trading against the "trend" I still took it.

Now we get positive $ news and € is getting higher back to risk taking short term we just reached 66 was support/resistance see how it reacts and trade accordingly.
Still for me today only short and nothing there yet...

An expanding triangle at the bottom ? should make it hard go up 1.4073.further down ?so will close many longs there.

It's also bad for USD as well, FED's might have to buy their own Debt

by themselves from now on. It might not affect value of the USD now,

but down the road for sure. I'm still pretty convinced that USD won't stay

up too long.. Waiting for Feb 16 ECB on Greece, to clear some or the

worries at least.

new sos....The Conference Board's labor differential index rose in January to -43.1 from a prior -45.0. That is the second straight rise, after a fairly steady slide to -46.1 in November. This index is a pretty good forecaster of the jobless rate.

1.4052 it is a STRONG Level to hold PA for sometime, how many time? Hard to answer.

We are since last 1.5140 top in a strong Bear HTF PA, so even for Daily trades it is always better to go for shorts after retraces.

I have a weekly line at 1.3970, this is a area to watch very closely, we could see some pips below to do a false break or a clear break to go below 1.3710 first. IMO DO NOT LONG YET!!
