So what do you people think about bank regulation that OBAMA is proposing. I think they are long overdue, US needs to put a leash on ther pets(banks). They have too much corruption, that needs to be checked by the gov't for the people.

Alright, I'm back. I got stopped out on one of my orders at about 4180...other one is still running and now coming back into profit, I entered last night short at 4156...

My GPB trade hit TP surprisingly...same with USD/JPY. Up about 350 pips total for the week, so pretty good.

I probably won't post much the next 24 hours as I work today till 3 pm and then tomorrow from 8 am til 7 pm...it's our day off tho, everyone take care and happy piping

This is for the HUGE Banks like JP Morgan Chase, and Goldman, (even though Goldman isn't really a bank, remember they formed a bank holding company in 2008, so they could get TARP)... But, this affects everybody, folks... If these guys aren't doing their Mega-deals, then there's no trickle down for the rest of us... This program will hurt, and let me repeat this for you... I don’t think so."

Wow! I'm impressed by today's development. Everything went as expected, unfortunately I had to sleep for a while and didn't open up any trades.

Think for a moment: A few days ago Angela Merkel remarked that she expects quite rough times to come for the euro. Trichet assisted this sentiment.
I really expected the dollar to rise up to 1,22-1,27€ for the fact that American economy really needs help right now.

All assumptions based on pure psychology so far.

And then: Obama made the rumour into an official announcement.

At that moment I was sure that the uptrend of the USD will - if not stopped - be halted for a while.

But for the moment, we're still in the safe retraction-zone, aren't we?

I understand what you are saying, but...
1.BIG BANKS need to be punished gov't or private.
2.They need to be better regulated, and updated on policy as decades pass by, because people who control these bank change, and so the corruption that they bring in changes. The gov't needs to be faster to react and spot problems in OVERGROWN banks now and in the future.
3. Letting an industry to manage itself without gov't involvement, has it's pro's and cons, and at the moment con's f*cked the whole world economically.
4. On the investments leaving the US. YA that's true i agree, but it will be temporary and it will only lead to growth in US because the dollar will sink a bit then it will come back stronger than ever, remember that once our economy shows signs of recovery the markets will be flooded with volume...
5. WE NEEDED SOMETHING LIKE THIS FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS BEFORE TO AVOID THIS HUGE RECESSION. CORRUPTION NEEDS TO BE CHECKED BY THE GOVT AND IT'S POLICY. The reason why it wasn't checked because the gov't official were also corrupted and liked the money they would received under the table from private companies, and I understand them too, they thought thier time is limited to their term and they need to use that time to milk the money cow. And now once another historic recession hit the whole world, the politician have no choice to do what's right.
6. If you make laws and regulations today, through time those laws will be adjusted by the corrupted to make them yet again favorable to the those in power and the rich (billionaires). This has been the theme throughout history its all there. Why should we think that we are so much different from Romans, or MOngols or any other supper power of the past. We are the same in how we become corrupted. So if we want to learn the lessons of the past AS A PEOPLE, not people in power or so rich that you have lots of influence. I'm talking about the poor to the middle, the backbone of everything that we call a country. We need to make sure the rules that this current administration does something that can be done anytime there are signs of corruption.
7. On Buffet he needs to help Obama to push this through, because he out of whole people knows better than any of us common folk how f.ed up are those people in power, how evil... They only care about their own paycheck. People in power should only care about the middle man and the poor man. But the truth is that rich only care about the rich, which is wrong. Make the poor hungry and he will eat your heart... Most revolutions were started because of these things I talked about. and that's how USSR fell apart.

Now, this is a detail I didn't even know about.

the channel still works, so, maybe next target 1.4005?? but i will not open anything till Monday. The h4 channel here is good too for trading. and more important i think.

Euro / Usd M30 and 1H Chart

This monthly candle cannot be denied as a reversal in the longer term bull run. I have formulated 3 most probable scenarios for this pair. First being a double top near 1.50 occuring sometime in the later spring. Second scenario is a direct fall to the E/U inception point again as signified by my trendline around 1.25, however I believe this will only happen if we see a minimum 15% correction in global equities markets. Third is a continuation of the bull trend to form a double top from the start of GFC at 1.60 then fall sharply. As some general said, "If you plan for peace, prepare for war...." How true this is in the forex market....

Dow Jones brake exploded.

Housewife's are selling now into the panic. I'll exit stocks later

we should see some rebound Monday. Anyways.. Money has no way

to go now. Also we could Expect Gold/Silver Stocks and Bullion move up from here.

My Silver/Gold stocks are actually up today.
